Currently you can only branch/add logic to survey questions. We have a use case where the section at the top is specific to a country. That section gives an intro to the survey. Ideally, we could create one survey with one section per country and then just branch to show a single section based on the country (Relationship field).
This would allow for 28 surveys to turn into 1!
We would also benefit from this being available - we would like to show a different link based on the product the customer owns which does not appear to be possible with the current functionality.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
