Allow CTA Types to be Deactivated in SFDC Edition
Today Admins cannot deactivate CTAs that have any data associated with that CTA Type in SFDC. Sounds like this is fixed in NXT. We need the ability to remove CTA Types from the drop down to prevent future use.
Deleting a CTA Type I understand the need to re-map existing CTAs - not the Active flag.
