Allow custom fields to be CTA Identifiers in Rule Action

Gainsight only allows the CTA Name to be an identifier in a Rule Action and does not allow that field to be only edited by rules.  Therefore, when users change the Name of a CTA, the Rules will re-trigger the CTA.  Please allow a custom field to be the identifier.  In our instance, we have a CTA Number field.  We would prefer to use that as the identifier.
