Hi there

Like is the case with Timeline sync, Cockpit task sync should feature a “filter” option so we may decide what kind of tasks to sync, and not have to either open the floodgates or not without an in-between.

I can workaround this with rules engine, however, I don’t have a proper bi-directional sync option with rules engine, which means I may lose on some updates or have to build a very very complex rule to get that up and running decently well.

It’s about consistency and parity.

Thanks

A

Right there with you on this one! We had a use case a few months back where we were looking to sync a specific CTA’s tasks to Salesforce to surface to our sales team. Without the ability to apply filters in this configuration, it would’ve been exactly like @alizee said above where we’d be opening the floodgates and send Salesforce every task from every CTA, instead of the few tasks we wanted to sync. Because of this, we implemented a different solution, but it would be great to have filters added to GS > SF CTA task mapping.
