Allow for ARR filtering with notifications

When setting up Staircase notifications, ARR/Revenue is not a supported account-level filter. While there is a segment option, many businesses’ segmentation model takes more than just ARR into account so it’s not a perfect 1:1 match.

To accomplish this today, we’ve had to create a field/dropdown value in CS, load to it via a rule, and import that field to Staircase -- all to ensure that we’re only triggering notifications above a certain $ value to select leaders in the business.

It would be great for Staircase to offer more robust reporting filters, including ARR.
