Allow Further Customization of CTA Config by Relationship Type

TIL that you can add CTA Type-specific Reasons, Statuses, etc only on the Global level; not on particular Relationship Types. i.e. on Relationship Type A, I want a new CTA Status for CTA Type B. The only options I have are:

1. Make the Status globally available for that CTA Type
2. Make the Status “locally” available for all CTA Types within that Relationship Type

Whereas if I were doing it at the global level, I could make that Status only available for that CTA Type. Why can’t I do it one level deeper?
