some fields are not as descriptive as they need specifically with drop-downs and multi-picklists. It would be nice to be able to add help text to these fields to describe in further detail what the CSM should pick.

      +1 for this idea.  I posted a comment here about the same need:  https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/section-tool-tips-instructions

      I am creating quite a few fields in the GS Relationship and would love to have the ability to hover over a little question mark to view the help text; the same way it is done in SFDC.  It would be even better if we could customize that help text to include a clickable link to quick video tips and tricks we created for our Gainsight instance.

      @anirbandutta I think this already exists: it’s the field description that’s used as a tooltip on hover. Is there really something else going on on the product roadmap or was this not already released?

      The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
