I have a web few links in the KC bot. One of them is a link to our Youtube library.

We have KC analytics on how many people have accessed this library. About 25% of our users so far.

Would be great if we could add this to the audience rule so that I can create an engagement that targets users who have never clicked on a web link.

Also good would be to have a rule for people who have or have never with the KC bot. For example, people who have never interacted with the KC bot might get an automatic engagement to let them know what they’re missing. And similar for people who opened the KC bot once or twice but then didn’t return for a long time.

@mmarques Our KC bot is embedded on a UI element. That element is mapped so we use that mapped feature in the audience rule.  e.g., Feature IN KC bot. Number of total times used IS ‘0’.
Now if it’s not embedded - I don’t know if there is a way.

@ejung - Our KC bot is not embedded. :-(
