Allow MCP to Retrieve Full Topic Content

The MCP server currently appears to return only a search snippet for a topic, rather than the full conversation.

We’d like the ability to fetch the entire topic/thread, including replies, so MCP-powered agents can do more than just surface partial matches.

This would support use cases such as:

• Summarizing a full conversation
• Understanding the complete context and resolution
• Analyzing tone or sentiment across the discussion
• Recommending users who may be good resources based on the full content
