Let’s say I create a user guide with say 20 sections (categories) for a product that has yet to launch. I want to “hide” all those categories from public view until we launch the product. Unfortunately, to make them visible publicly, I have to modify the permissions, one at a time. This is tedious and labor-intensive (and times a lot of time).
