Allow sharing of success plans to internal users

Hi team!

We previously had the ability as a CSM to share success plans to our internal colleagues (e.g. AEs) when sharing it to our customers. Recently, a change has occurred and we can no longer to do this! 

Please BRING THIS BACK, as this provided visibility to the AE and helped them update their account plans whilst tracking the customer’s success plan.

    This has been brought up multiple times with multiple customers (here, zendesk, lexia etc). @manu_mittal

    Chiming in with an upvote on this Idea.

    My use case at Showpad is exactly the same as @jhoe17. Our CSMs want to increase the visibility of their work--and their success--with their AE counterparts in Sales. Though those AEs are Gainsight Users who are Internal Collaborators, the Success Plan cannot be shared with them.

    This contributes to a siloed experience and lessens the internal collaboration (which is ironic, given the Users are literally licensed as “Internal Collaborators”) and runs counter to the current industry-wide motions to increase visibility across groups who are customer facing.
