Currently when working with success plan objectives you can only update the start date of an objective via the Gantt chart view.
It should also be possible to update via;

Objective details
As well as when creating an objective.

Start Date is one of those fields that shows up in so few (and very specific) circumstances that it’s easy to ignore, but if you’re trying to build a proper Gantt chart it is absolutely critical and there are very few easy places to go outside of the Gantt to make adjustments. Would love for users to have the ability to set these up while working in the main body of the SP objectives, or even from their own cockpits.
Running into this again today. Have a CSM trying to create a very robust/complex success plan. It’s double work to create the CTA (which defaults to Start Date = Create Date) and then have to go into the Gantt chart to adjust dates.
