Allow tooltip customization on Exec Dashboard

As we prepare for a final rollout to our team, we had a leader request the ability to customize the information blurb on insights tiles found on the executive dashboard (see below):

Right now, these are a bit too generic and don’t really provide insight to the end users as to what criteria or filters lead into that insight. For larger organizations where some tiles are filtered on for account size, ARR, Geo, etc., we’re likely going to see confusion as to what specifically leads into this.

The ask: As in CS, please allow for admins to customize these blurbs to provide more insight directly in the platform.
