Allow topics created on behalf of other users to update author again after published
It’s great that we now have the ability to create content on behalf of another user (see:
But a limitation of this is that “once the topic gets published, it is not possible to update the author anymore”. We have some situations where we’d want to be able to change this in the future and as often as needed.
