Background
Our KC bots integrate with SalesForce Articles. Yet we are unable to use the search feature due to having multiple products within the SalesForce article storage. If we allowed our users to use the search feature they would not see their current or available products only. They would see articles from all products across our portfolio.
I believe this feature exists with Google articles integration as they have Domains that can separate out per-product documentation.
The ask
Because our SalesForce Articles are all showing within search we would like some way to pre-sort/filter the articles that a user will receive in the search function of KCB.
Similar request from mmarques for advancing Google search with sub-domains. Showing that the integration point between articles and KCB can use some attention for multiple points.
