Currently, the community language must be set manually via an on-screen selector and is remembered on a per-device basis using a cookie.
To provide a truly seamless user experience, we would like to see the ability to pass the user's language used in our organization’s product directly through the SSO payload so that the Gainsight CC system UI (buttons, menus, etc.) automatically loads in that language upon login.
While we understand a language custom field can be passed via the SSO payload today, it does not dynamically change or drive the system UI. Enabling this would eliminate friction for users who have a preference for non-English languages and ensure a unified, frictionless multi-language journey across an entire product ecosystem.
