Allow Users to "Favorite" reports in Report Builder

We need to be able to have different users “favorite” the same report, without having to close it or move it to different folders.

Navigating the reports in Report Builder can be really challenging, as you have to know just the right title of the report that you’re looking for. Being able to “favorite” the ones you use most, without moving it out of folder that someone else might be using, would be such a life saver.

Can we add this please? Similarly to the way that we can “favorite” dashboards
