Allow users to post ideas in a group

We use groups to facilitate beta programs for our software. So far, it’s been really useful to have Product Managers be able to share documentation and answer questions in those groups, but we often get feedback or ideas that then end up mis-labeled as questions or discussions. Or, some users astutely create new ideas, but the ideas are then detached from any relevant conversation or context in the group. We’d like group members to be able to share Ideas within groups.
