We regularly have customers reaching out asking to update their usernames or email addresses. It would be helpful for customers to have the ability to update this profile information themselves, rather than requiring our team to make the changes manually in Control.
This would give customers more control over their account information while also saving our team time managing these minor but frequent requests.
