Allow validating email addresses reputation/spam scores before sending out emails

Hi Team,

Currently we don’t have the feature to evaluate what is the reputation of an email address before delivering an email out to participants. It would be nice to have a feature that would pre-validate the spam scores/riskiness of an email before delivering them so that users can avoid spamming/reduce sending emails to such records
