I understand that, according to the documentation, they do not have access. But it doesn’t seem right.
A full license is overkill, and considering the name itself is Analytics, shouldn’t it also include access to all OOTB analytics of the platform like Surveys, Journey, NPS?
This would be a step in the right direction. An 100000% better; to allow us managing that access by embedding OOTB analytics into custom dashboards:
+5This is an area that I find a lot of people who would otherwise not be working in Gainsight are interested in. Stakeholders in marketing especially. Burning a Full license for someone who isn’t working CTA’s, making Timeline entries, or any of the usual Full user stuff is wasteful.
+6This is why we (and why I wish we didn’t have to) use Domo. This stuff is already built once, why should we have to rebuild it again just because stakeholders don’t have the proper Gainsight license?
