API Operation for / Support for Find User by Custom Profile Fields

The operation for Find User by field / value only works for some preset profile fields, not any custom profile field. 

Support should be added for custom profile fields or an additional operation should be added that allows this. 

Sample use case: Alternate/secondary email ID - collected in a private profile field, there’s no way to find a user by the custom field to collect this information
