Assign badges upon achieving rank

Similar to this (very old) idea:

I would like the ability to automatically assign a badge upon achieving a new rank. I would expect it to appear as an option within this menu:

Use case: the same actions that we are incentivizing via points and assigning ranks for are also the same criteria that earn a badge. Essentially, when someone is active enough to achieve a “Level 3” top contributor rank, they also earn a “Level 3” badge.
