Hey Gainsight team!
One of our Enterprise CSEs requested a new GS feature to help streamline Email to Timeline syncing for person records that are associated with multiple companies.
The request is to be able to tag which company is the ‘primary company’ for a person, so that when a user syncs activities related to that person, Gainsight would automatically resolve which company the email should be associated with without the user having to do anything more.
The current workflow with the pop-up is fine but it requires additional clicks + can feel especially tedious for our Enterprise CS team, who manage customers that are likely to have the same user across many companies.
This feature would help our team by reducing the time and brainpower they spend on admin work ⏱
