Associate Timeline Entries to Multiple Unrelated 360s

Posting on behalf of a CSM at my org. Initial question: someone wrongly associated a bunch of emails to a churned account. Is there a way to reallocate them to the right C360 without copying and pasting all the things?

As we discussed options, we talked about associated records. Their response: yeah I tried associated records but it only associated to a call to action or to R360s within that C360 not beyond. 

This creates a problem for hierarchy accounts.

    Also, associated records isn’t a copy either. So if that churned account ever gets deleted it will delete the associated entries (same if they were part of a CTA timeline, if the CTA the original entry was on all the associations are gone as well) which may not be an immediate problem. But if you do an account clean up at any point it will probably be harder to troubleshoot why timeline entries suddenly vanished.
