Auto-Add New Dropdown Values

We have a lot of Dropdown lists being populated by Rules and data from an integrated system. 

We would like the ability to allow the Rules to create new Dropdown List values rather than fail if one is not mapped. 

Example: Countries & States

Our Country & State lists includes characters that aren’t allowed in Gainsight, including apostrophes. We constantly sell to new Countries and States. This means we need to add dropdown values almost daily. We have never been able to find a full list we can upload through excel. Somehow, values are always missing. 

We would like the ability to let the Rule create the new Dropdown List values for us as they appear.
