Auto Assign CSMs

Hi Folks - 

It would be nice if we had an option when creating customer records to automatically assign a CSM when we are creating a company record - based on the lowest number of Companies assigned to the CSM on the time of company creation. 

Ive hacked a solution around this but its less than perfect.

      @mark_deegan - Hello Mark, could you help me understand the following -

      1. Typically, how many customers does a CSM handle?
      2. What are the categories (Small / Medium / Enterprise) of customers your CSMs handle?
      3. How is your CSM team distributed for these categories of customers?

        Are there any updates here?

        I am facing the same issue to fast assign a company to CSMs with low volume or even re-balance csm´s companies.
