Hi there,

we are pretty excited about the upcoming new multi language features. As our content is 99% in German right now, we could imagine, that an integrated automated translation feature for the existing content would come really handy. That way, we could display the existing German content also to our international community, that we’d like to grow and not have to start from scratch.

Google Translate or Deepl would come to mind for this purpose.

Let’s see, if others would be interested in something like that, too.

    Hey ​@mmue , we are integrating Weglot, and it works well. Have a look: https://www.weglot.com/

     

    It works well in parallel to Gainsight's translation menu item.

      Hi ​@Sudhanshu and team! Is this idea developed? I see a translate button under the update from a year ago? If not, how are others approaching the multi-lingual challenge?

      ​@Stela Koleva Thanks for the post. AI translations is a paid add-on that allows members to translate a topic and replies on demand to any language you configure.
