Automated profile sanitization when banning (Profile Spam)

When banning a user, either via AI high confidence spam detection or manual moderator action, their public profile stays visible. Spammers exploit this by creating accounts purely for link farming; even after being banned from posting, their spammy profile fields and forum signatures remain.

The Proposal

Add an automated sanitization trigger when an account is banned, backed by an admin-level configuration toggle.

• Trigger Scope: Executes on both automated AI bans and manual moderator bans.

• Fields Purged: Clears all profile fields and signatures, and resets avatars to default.
