Automated Way to Pause Email Sends for Holidays

I’m on a demo with another software, and they have a setting area where you can enter holidays and specify that you want to skip email sends during those time periods - even down to specify them per group (I.e. you could do location).  Would love to see something like this available OOTB in JO.  (Maybe also a solution for stopping weekend sends on this post:
