Automatic Badges to Automatically Recalculate and Award

We just went through an extensive badge overhaul, in which we re-made all of our automatic badges. Problem is, they don’t automatically assign to those who’ve earned them at once, but are only awarded once a user is active on the Community again after the new badges have been created. 

This means that at the moment, most of those who’ve earned the badges don’t actually have them, as they’ll need to perform an action in Community to earn it (even though they’ve already earned it).

Not assigning the badges at large for all who’ve earned them seems like an odd limitation to overhauling a community’s badge system.
