Currently with the existing system design we see that Auto Healthcare milestones are logged on customer journey on a weekly basis similar to score snapshot calculation.
Client ( Progress Unlimited Inc ) is looking for the below improvements:
- A job should really run Sunday night so the next morning reflects the previous weeks change as folks enter the office.
- Finally, an option of daily should be available apart from the existing options of weekly and Monthly. The update waiting until the next week is too long. These jobs should update real-time or at a minimum on a daily basis so the Health Change is flagged in the Customer Journey. Waiting until next week when an account has gone from green to Red is too long.
