Automatically apply a template to Timeline activity.

This would be immensely helpful to us at Qualtrics - We are introducing new Activity Types to our high-spend tier, where specific product feedback needs to be housed in a defined structure, in order for our product team to review and have consistency across feedback logs. Right now, it’s a manual step for a CSM to select the template themselves and has room for human error in selecting the wrong template.
