BCC to timeline - no error over 32,000 characters

We use BCC to timeline for most emails and frequently get back errors that the emails cannot be logged due to being over 32,000 characters. This is common and routine in business, where threads can build up. If the 32,000 character limit is firm, instead of returning an error and then having to manually go in and log the first part of the email, I’d like it if Gainsight could automatically log the email and just truncate anything in excess of the 32,000 characters. The important part of the log is the more recent portion of the thread anyway, and this would save a lot of time.
