We have noticed that BCC and Gong will associate the timeline entry incorrectly, however we are unable to make that change. We want to be able to correct the company when we run into these issues. This often arises when someone is associated to our internal account or if we have customers that have contacts on multiple accounts
We have noticed this as well when a CSM uses the Chrome PlugIn to attempt to log a customer response. It looks at the CSM as the recipient rather than the customer sender…. would be great to look at the whole sender and recipient for Chrome PlugIn
This isn’t just for BCC/Gong but also human-error, and rather than re-moving and re-creating it would be so much easier to just be able to update the company/relationship associated to the entry… please!
