Be able to create real time rules on Person and Company Person objects

I would love to see this. As Gainsight has more and more features (especially AI-focused ones) that rely on accurate Person data, we’re considering making our Person data more accessible and possibly editable for CSMs. Up until now, we’ve had Salesforce contacts be our strict source of truth. In order to make this transition though, it would be ideal if Real-Time rules supported Company Person and Person so that we could do our best to ensure parity with Salesforce.

WE have an organization managing contacts from 3 different business units across Company and Relationships. Real time updates on certain fields would help us collaborate quicker and reduce duplicative work.

We’d love to see this. Similar to ​@spencer_engel, we’d like to open contact-level editing directly within Gainsight to avoid asking our CSMs to manage the info between two systems. But in order to do so, we need to ensure that there is a real-time sync between the two tools & we’d prefer the flexibility that a rule offers vs. connectors.
