Today, is only possible to create real-time rules on Company, Relationship and Relationship type. This is a huge pain for us not to be able to have real time available on Person and Company Person object.
It would increase our efficiency and the accuracy of data, as it will tackle synchronisation issues we encounter with external tools.
+5I would love to see this. As Gainsight has more and more features (especially AI-focused ones) that rely on accurate Person data, we’re considering making our Person data more accessible and possibly editable for CSMs. Up until now, we’ve had Salesforce contacts be our strict source of truth. In order to make this transition though, it would be ideal if Real-Time rules supported Company Person and Person so that we could do our best to ensure parity with Salesforce.
+3WE have an organization managing contacts from 3 different business units across Company and Relationships. Real time updates on certain fields would help us collaborate quicker and reduce duplicative work.
