Be able to splice Idea Threads to start off a new Topic (like Discussions)

The ‘Move to New/Existing Topics’ option Is extremely handy to maintain context on threads and is a blessing on Discussions and Questions to keep them trimmed to one topic and branch off any diversions as new convos

… but we do not have that option for ‘Ideas’ (or for that matter any content type) - it equally makes sense.

Please extend this option to Idea threads as well.
