Customer is looking for the number of concurrent users in the product, viewable by hour or day.

The current ‘Usage by Time of Day’ widget might show 500 unique users logged in yesterday during the 2PM hour, but the maximum number of users in the system at the same time was likely less than 500.

A ‘maximum number of concurrent users’ widget could show:

• which day of the week do we have the highest and lowest numbers of concurrent users?
• which hour(s) of the day do we have the highest and lowest numbers of concurrent users?
• filtered by Account ID, we could learn the above for a specific customer
