Bring back the WYSIWYG editor to Playbooks

This really isn’t a new idea because it existed before this newest release. Task descriptions in old Playbooks had the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) style editor, which allows for a fast and convenient way to format text (it’s what we all are typing in here even). Now it was changed to a simple plain-text field that supports HTML. Huge downgrade!
