Bring Timeline formatting into the 21st century

We would like to have the following formatting options available when taking notes in a Timeline activity: 

  • Changing the font color (you currently have to copy and paste from another doc to alternate font colors)
  • Changing text size (you currently have to copy and paste from another doc to get different sizes)
  • Highlighting
  • Strikethrough
  • Changing fonts
  • Alternate bullet types
  • Ability to press “TAB” to indent text

+1 to this. Formatting is very inconsistent in Gainsight and considering we use this for our notetaking, it's become increasingly frustrating. Would love to know what your plans are here.
