Bulk API logs Enhancement

Hi Team, 

I’ve got multiple request from customers to enhance the bulk api connector logs for failed jobs. In most of the cases, Job status says “Failed” with 0 success and 0 failed records. In this case, customer doesn’t understand the exact root cause of the issue because there is no error file generated.

    @hardik_mota - not sure if you saw this product idea but exporting the results would be helpful as well so that this whole process can be automated via the API.

      @jean.nairon Could you give me a few details about exporting the error logs? Would it be useful if the error logs were downloadable from the UI? 

      Maybe a few details around the process could help me better plan out the solution.
