Sponsor Tracking: We have an option to add more than 1 contact to the sponsor tracking but these contacts should be from the same account. What if I have around 5K contacts from 1000 accounts? Should I go to each account and add to the sponsor tracking? It is not going to work for anyone. The current existing UI for sponsor tracking is working for the users who would like to track contacts one by one but not working for customers who wants to start using Sponsor tracking because they are expecting an easy way to add all the existing contacts to the sponsor tracking.

4 customers reached out to us for bulk sponsor tracking in the last 6 months.

It would be benefit for the customers if we provide a UI to upload CSV with the list of contacts to track and Gainsight should process them and add to the sponsor tracking.

I second this! To make use of sponsor tracking at scale, especially across the customer base, you need to be able to handle bulk tracking requests, AND you need to be able to schedule sponsor tracking updates. Otherwise the feature is all but useless if you need someone to manually go and request tracking for each account.

Incorporate this feature into your browser extension or the Zoom app. There are many ways you can improve upon the existing feature so that it is scalable and user friendly. I would also emphasize the importance of timely communication - an email or popup to grab the attention of the CSM and not have them see the change only when they access the Sponsor tracking section.

I’d add further the ability to not just track but also see and accept changes in bulk, as a CSM they want to a space to go and view all current Suggested Profiles and Profile Updates across their book of business and action the updates from within that UI - not need to head to each C360 → People → Sponsor Tracking - this causes a lot of clicks and a lot of friction.
