On the new C360 (which is GREAT), there is a standard widget called ‘Last 5 Timeline Activities’ available for the Summary section. This widget is great, however we tend to log A LOT of email against timeline, and so the widget is a little bit less useful than it could be if it only displayed certain activity types.
SO...the request would be to add a filter function to this standard widget so that we could adjust which Activity Types are displayed. For instance, we would only want to display our QBR and Executive Update activity types.
