It would be great to have the ability to specify default options for the NPS widget on the new C360 page.
For instance, we would like to have a default setting of Average NPS for the last 6 months. End users should retain the option to customize the settings in the UI but having a default setting will help users not close to the account (Execs, Product Mgmt., Consulting, etc.) see the most recent NPS scores and mirror the format that we convey to them internally.
