c360 recent accounts

Hi, It is possible to show you recent account as we store those ids, If you can help me in how and where you would like to see them I can prioritize on it.

Hi Angela, while I am almost certain that you are referring to showing a list of recently accessed C360 pages, I also want to get confirmation that you are not asking about listing Accounts that you recently accessed in SFDC.

HI Angela, do most of your CSMs use the generic C360 page ( https://[your company url )as their Gainsight "home page" or do they use a dashboard or their Cockpit when they first log into Gainsight?

For the homepage, I think most CSMs land on Cockpit.

For the benefit of others - we discussed a roadmap concept we are working on called a CSM Home page which will incorporate elements from C360, Timeline, Cockpit, Reports, etc. The intent is to provide a true home page that puts as much information as possible available at first glance. This has been a cross functional effort and some building blocks are still being worked up (Global Timeline is an example of a building block that we had to build before we could present Timeline data across accounts in a CSM Home page). We don't have an ETA on this feature yet, but it is something we are actively working towards.
