C360 Summary Page Widgets: All Clickable

As a Gainsight NXT version user and Admin, I would like the ability to provide linked/Clickable C360 Summary section widgets to my CSM’s based on Salesforce Objects.  The tool is presently limited to only allowing MDA based objects like NPS, CTA’s and Success Plans to be clickable (and navigate to their correlated sections).

Potential Solution: Enable a “linked object” setting and “lookup value” setting on any non-MDA summary page widgets that will allow a click-through to a “Cases” section on the C360 or any other correlated data.

Pre-requisite: A section on the C360 with valid data object and at least one report

    @keith_mattes - Thank you for your inputs. It is definitely a valid use case. We will discuss it internally and evaluate the possible solutions. We will update you in case we work on it.

        Is this still being considered? It would be super useful for us. I want to add an addendum that I would like to see this enabled regardless of the source data. For example, I have a Data Design-sourced report on the C360 summary that then takes the user to a related list of data sources from the Opportunity object in SFDC. Thanks for considering.
