Can we populate Picklist field value name instead of GSID when we map AO Participants Custom fields object

We also faced this problem. In our JO we have mapped the Picklist fields in Custom Fields Mappings Section.
And when I try to build report using the AO Participant Custom Fields object we are getting GSID’s instead of Picklist Values.

This would be really beneficial for us to have available for reporting directly out of JO objects. Instead, we have to build unnecessary data designers and rules that output the picklist values in order to do the reporting we need. Please help us gain efficiency by making this available! :-)

This x100! It’s difficult as it is to identify a GSID for a picklist value!
