Capability to remove addressing the user by email on In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot)
Addressing the user by email id on KC bot should be optional in editor settings. If email ID is masked to protect PII, we will see something like hi xxxx@gmail.com which is not ideal. Could this be tackled through an additional option on editor to turn off / customize the way of addressing the user?
