Our Business Applications team makes regular, monthly configuration updates to Gainsight CS, including important changes that our CSMs and other users should know about. Ideally, since we have Gainsight PX, we would be able to use Engagements to give in-app updates to our users in CS.
User story: as a Gainsight CS and PX admin, I want to be able to use PX engagements to create in-app messaging in CS, in order to notify our users of recent changes in a contextual and timely way.
