CAST String to Number in Bionic Rule

Would it be possible to add the CAST function to transformation tasks in Bionic Rules?

Example: Customer has a CSAT in SFDC but is stored as a String rather than Number. In order to calculate anything off of this, I have to load to the MDA using 10 Actions in a Rule since I cannot load a String to a Number field in the MDA.

I would like to be able to convert these to numbers in a Transformation task. Thoughts?

      Thanks Zach. We are enhancing our formula builder incrementally with each release to support new formulae. I will update you when this gets prioritized.

      It’s awesome this functionality has made it to Data Designer. It would be tremendous to see the Rules Engine keep pace by having a “ToNumber” style of functionality in the Rules Engine too.

      Needed this today. Had to use a work-around doing it in Data Designer and then updating fields on the original object via Rules Engine.
